Inglot 5 Round Eyeshadow Palette ~ Brights

Here is my bright Inglot eyeshadow palette. It was somewhat inspired by the Sleek Curacao Palette, coz I really liked some colors in that palette.

Shades I picked- 491, 474, 372, 495, 477. They are all Double Sparkle eyeshadows, except for one. Inglot eyeshadows are available in 3 finishes- Matte, Double Sparkle (DS), and Pearl. 

INGLOT Haul & A 'Très Vichy' Gift

I hauled some Inglot (and Accessorize too) and got a bow-tiful & fa-bow-lous GIFT on the same day-yesterday! No wonder I had one of the best sleeps ever last night. I woke up diagonally- body on my side of the bed & legs on the other side- and my hubby, gone! ;p

I won't tell you what those are right now. I will post swatches very soon. Nah nah, I'm not teasing you, I'm just in a rush.  But there already was a Guessing Game in IVC Facebook page yesterday, and it was so fun! :)

FOTD With My Favorite Inglot Green Eyeshadow + Giveaway Status

Green is my favorite color- after pink (the queen.) I used to think it's yellow, but I guess I changed my mind. There are only so many occasions you can wear yellow eyeshadow to anyways, right? But of course I still like yellow.

Colorful Summer Nails Experiment

Last night I was feeling colorful and wanted to paint my nails in different colors. I raided my nail polish box and went crazy trying to decide which colors to put together, while trying really hard to limit myself ("There's always next time for the oranges, greens & reds, woman!")

So, I played it safe with tonal shades of pinks & purples.

Colorbar #71 & Inglot #150 ~ Polka dots done with a toothpick, as always =D (Topcoat smudged the dots)

This one was actually inspired by the next one (which I painted first), after falling for Colorbar #71 all over again.

Inglot Pure Pigment Eye Shadows ~ More Swatches

I bought 2 more Inglot Pure Pigments Eye Shadows, my new found loves, last week. My craving for more is gone for now.

Here are the swatches:

22 ~ Purple with gold flecks. This caught my attention from the very first time I checked out the Inglot Pigments, but when I saw that it's #22 I had to get it ;) (my birthday hehe)

Inglot Sleeks Cream Lip Paint Review & Swatches

Inglot Sleeks Cream Lip Paint ~ Light, non-sticky, moisturising formula with vitamin E. Paraben free.

This is my first lip gloss from Inglot. I'm not so crazy about lip glosses and recently I don't even look at them in stores. I don't even remember the last time I bought one. Even with this, I bought it mainly for  the unusual test tube packaging. Isn't it so cute?!

Simple Fantasy Look

To be honest, this is an unplanned look. I wanted to try my new Inglot Pure Pigment #22 (purple with gold), and decided to complete the look, put on a butterfly necklace on my head, and call it a Fantasy Look ;). I know I look more bohemian, but I chose to ignore that lol. Potato potahto.

Actually I did want to do a look inspired by the Lakme Fantasy Collection, so I guess this comes close to the look I had in mind.

Inglot Oil Blotting Sheets: Overpriced?

I wanted oil blotting sheets, since summer is here and my face gets very oily. So I was in The Body Shop and saw the Tea Tree Oil Blotting Facial Tissues and thought Rs.395 (or 345?) is a rip-off, especially since I don't like the smell of tea tree oil very much.

Then I bought the Inglot Oil Blotting Sheets for Rs.560 :O. I know, I know, don't judge me. I regret it already. Let's have a look at the whole package anyways.

You push at the back so the sheet will stick to the glue part....

Inglot Pure Pigment Eye Shadow (AMC) ~ My Newfound Love

Oh-em-gee! Where was this all my life?! I just got this because I needed a good vibrant silver eyeshadow,  but little did I realize that I was going to be hooked, big time. I didn't even go buy it myself! I asked my hubby to pick it up for me after I saw it in the Inglot website. So risky, nah? But I'm happy that it's just like I imagined in my head. I must say, the swatches in the website are pretty much accurate.

Now I keep swatching it on my hand, because I'm so fascinated with it.

I got #23, a silver shade...

Inglot AMC Liquid Face Blush Review & Swatches

I've been tempted to get the Inglot Liquid Face Blush, especially during the time when I couldn't get Make Up For Ever HD Blush. When the blushes were launched in India, I got cold feet, coz I read some bad reviews (words like streaky, instill doubts, obviously), even though I did like them when I tested them one too many times. Once, I almost bought one, but then decided not to at the last minute, coz the product looked too watery in the new bottle (testers felt thicker. Streaky crept into my head again.) Then I regretted not buying it when I reached home. You know the story.

Well, I bought it finally. Do I hear clapping?

Inglot Brown Collection Nail Enamel Swatches

Ever since the 'Greige' (grey+beige) nail trend started, I've wanted to get my hands on...or just get a glimpse of  a shade like it here in Delhi of the India. Chanel Particulier...

...and others, like OPI 'You Don't Know Jacques' became the most wanted nail polishes. So we read and sighed. Then I spotted  the Brown Collection at Inglot yesterday, and one might just be a dupe for the Particulier.

Lilac Lips, Anyone?

This little pot brought 2 of my current favorite things - Inglot Lip paint & Lilac. Inglot Lip Paints are some of the best lip products I've ever tried, so I'm sort of collecting them little by...I mean one by one.

Ever since I got the MAC Violetta lipstick from the Venomous Villains Collection, my eyes are always drawn to the purple family. I have never worn a lilac lippy before, and this one is perfecto.

I have wanted to do this for a while now, ever since the Rupee sign became official in August 2010, right?  Don't quote me on that lol...I don't read/watch the news much.

Anyways, were you ecstatic as I was about it?

From the day I was born, the Americans had $, the English had £, and we Indians had "Rs." and let's face it, aar-ess is not fancy like signs. Remember those movie scenes where dollar signs fly about to indicate a lot of money? Well, imagine 'Rs' flying about like that. Yup.

But now we have our very own rupee symbol...Yay! And an edgy-looking one too!

Inglot Makeup Brushes Review

This post is especially for Ki, who wanted me to do a review on the Inglot 30T Eyeliner Brush.
Inglot brushes are much cheaper than MAC brushes, and  unlike most Sigma brushes that sells merely on the basis of being MAC dupes, Inglot brushes have originality.
I've only got 2 brushes from Inglot so far- 30T angled eyeliner brush & 24SS Dual-sided brush.
