Hey everyone, my baby is about to turn 3 years old - on 13th August, and I wanted to celebrate it with a Giveaway, of course. It's a little early, but I had to start it NOW, as I'll be busy travelling & whatnot in August.
I'll be picking 3 WINNERS! There are exciting prizes to win - ALL BRAND NEW IN BOX, and as promised, I got the coveted Urban Decay NAKED Palette from Sephora US. I hope you like the other prizes too! =)

    You cover almost everything leaving very little space for suggestions. But if still asked, I would say.. how about.. review on products which are for dusky skin tones ( as is the case with most Indians ).

    I love the fact that I can look up detailed reviews of a make up product without taking a risk of purchasing something that isn't really good. Beauty blogs also save us ladies a lot of money and time trying to figure out how to work with a particular product. I love blogs that provide step by step instructions to do a certain makeup looks (such as your blog, makes applying makeup a lot more easier for us! :) I love being updated about the new launches that I wouldn't know otherwise since I don't go shopping very often.

    Last but not the least, beauty blogs let us makeupacoholics come together to share our ideas, reviews and tips 'n tricks on makeup and DIY stuff making us a global family which truly amazing!!

    Congratulations Cynthia, I have been following your blog ever since you posted about how satin pillow covers do wonders on skin and hair. When I bumped into that post.. I was like "wow, such a cool blog" and then saw you getting featured in femina too and I was like " This blog is so famous!!!" I think you are an epitome of the quote by famous Steve Martin "Be so good that they can't ignore you" . I really appreciate that how you have taken your love for makeup for 3 years and made into the most successful blog in Indian directories.     First of all congratulations that ur baby is going to turn 3 years old :).It's always a great feeling when your time investment, hard work and dedication pays off :).Wish your baby enjoy many more birthdays in years to come.I really like your poetic way of blogging about beauty which is different like maggie tomato ketchup ,itz different :-D.Reviews are the most looked forward to in beauty blogs by me as it save time and money,followed by obviously tutorials and EOTD'S ,LOTD'S ,FOTD'S ,OOTD'S etc to which I was very naive when I first started out reading blogs :).

    Why do I like reading your blog? Well here goes:
    1. In the midst of a gazillion "beauty" blogs out there, it is refreshing to see a blog by a professional make-up artist, who actually KNOWS make-up.
    2. Our skin tones are similar, so I look forward to reading product reviews.
    3. What most girls need - are simple and easy tricks to enjoy beauty on a daily basis. Your blog does that. The hit rate for the 'easy cat liner' is proof of the pudding. I would like to see MORE such blogpots - might I suggest a post on "make up tips for those with awful hand-eye coordination" he he he
    4. What is the ZING factor of your blog? Your wit, language and sense of humour. No really, that takes the cake :)

    and I forgot to add, it's great you take pains to edit your photos - really makes colors come alive and closest to the actual shade. Swatches are mostly meaningless if the photo is a bad one - I have bought a few products based on the swatches on your blog, and thankfully, I was not disappointed.
