Inglot Lip Paint #59

Lilac Lips, Anyone?


This little pot brought 2 of my current favorite things - Inglot Lip paint & Lilac. Inglot Lip Paints are some of the best lip products I've ever tried, so I'm sort of collecting them little by...I mean one by one.
Ever since I got the MAC Violetta lipstick from the Venomous Villains Collection, my eyes are always drawn to the purple family. I have never worn a lilac lippy before, and this one is perfecto.

I use the Coastal Scents Pink Kolinsky Lip Brush to apply evenly.

I think it is super gorgeous. A lustrous true lilac lippy that complements cool & neutral skin tones.

    wow !
    have you applied any gloss on top or is that just the lip paint ?
    it looks so smooth !
    and how do you apply this ? with a brush ?
    these glass pots look so cute ! no more lip products for me though, for a long time..

    Rima- No gloss, just the LP. I applied it with a lip brush (mentioned). I have to take a break soon too :P

    Wow, it looks so nice on you! I generally steer clear of lilacs coz I feel they might look funny on me - but I think I shd experiment now - they look so fresh & girly :)

    hi just wntd to let u know that purple complements yellow skin tones better, due to the fact that yellow is opposite to violet in the color wheel.

    Anon- You're right. But since this is lilac, it has a cool pink undertone, which wouldn't suit warm skin tones, in my opinion :).

I ♥ finding little notes in my Vanity Case, so do drop one. I read all of them & I try my best to reply to each & every one of them [check back in 2-3 days =D] but most times it's physically impossible!
