The fragrances are revealed when the nail polishes dry. Not just one scent, coz they are categorized into 3 types of scents - Fruits & Florals, Sweets & Spices, and Freshes. I picked up 4 shades to try out.....

MAC The Simpsons Collection Photos & Swatches

I'll admit, I'm not much of a Simpsons fan. I found them cute and all, but I never really watched the series. Then I met someone who's hooked to the show - my Mr.CZ. Boy, is he obsessed! Yes, all the DVDs & figurines in the photos are his. I remember he'd start laughing, and tell me about something funny Homer did/said ("Mmm....bacon.")

Even though I would never skip this collection, I'd say he wanted me have it more than I did. So, in a way, they're for him. Which is weird to say because we are not talking to each other right now.... haha! ;p

Anyways, I'll dedicate this post to him.....and all you other Simpsons fans! Hope you'll like the fun pictures, I really enjoyed clicking them. Cartoon makeup collections are so FUN!  =D

Cushioned Thong Sandals

I find closed ballet flats too stuffy now that my feet are a-l-w-a-y-s hot, so I have started wearing these thong sandals. They are really comfortable because of those cushioned circle designs.

I got these from the same store in Lajpat Nagar Market - Stelatoes - for around Rs.795. The same time I got the grey pair shown here. If I remember correctly, they were available in other colors as well.

Just Arrived ~ MAC The Simpsons Collection

All the way from USA.

Because....well..... I don't trust MAC India & I didn't want to risk missing out on this CUTE collection =D 

We MAC-holics here are tired of seeing 'SOLD OUT' on LE products most of the time - even on the launch day! Some have come to think that maybe....maybe....they only bring the display of Limited Edition Collections to India just for advertisement. I can't say for sure, coz I haven't been here for some time. Let's see what happens with this collection, shall we? =)

Penciled Pink Pout

One day, I wore a deep fuchsia pink dress.
I applied MAC Flat Out Fabulous Lipstick.
Very matchy-matchy!
I love when my lips match my dress or top.
Hubby & I left our hotel room. Yes, this was that time we were on our Babymoon.
We decided to eat lunch first before going shopping.
Chinese. Soupy noodles. Fried Rice. Chilli Chicken.
Waiting-for-the-check time was lipstick touch-up time.
I didn't need a mirror to tell me I had only a fuchsia pink outline on my lips.
I blotted and gently wiped off the edges. 

I reached into my handbag, and.....
AND.....
Oh My Gah! I'd forgotten to toss MAC Flat Out Fabulous into my handbag!
Not only that, there was absolutely no lip product in my bag.
Not even a lip balm (or a Fox's raspberry candy I could rub my lips with!) It's what usually happens when you change handbags!

I freaked a little.

"It's like an ensemble!", I told hubby who didn't see what the big deal was.

"And I thought you're not supposed to buy any lipsticks.", he added.

"I know, but....this is an exception!"

{Or.... I could leave my lips bare and a lil stained like this???.....

Please, woman! It looks like you have some kind of rash!}

We left the restaurant, went down the escalator.....

and we were standing in front of Colorbar.

I told the SA that I wanted a lippie shade that's exactly like the dress I was wearing.
