I watched Paranormal Activity & wanted to watch Paranormal Activity 2....and 3 & now wishing for a 4 too. Man, that's good stuff! Same with Urban Decay NAKED, I had to see the sequel - NAKED 2.
It's a Valentine's Day (Week?) present from Mr.CZ. God bless him & this day of... love (please excuse). I wouldn't have gotten it this soon otherwise, oh-no.
Naked 2 comes with a dual-ended Good Karma Shadow/Crease Brush & 0.11 oz Lip Junkie Lipgloss in Naked (pinky neutral). Review & Swatches will be posted after I've used everything enough. Hope you enjoy the pics for now.
Eyeshadows: Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease, Snakebite, Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK (What is this? 'You Don't Know'?), Busted, Blackout.

Urban Decay Zero 24/7 Glide-On Pencil 'Vs' Colorbar Blackout I-Glide Pencil

I have always wanted to compare these two eye liner pencils. One is a high street inaccessible brand & the other is an affordable brand in India. But what do they have in common? The word "Glide Hyphen" in their names + they are both black.

So, let's begin.

Urban Decay Naked Palette Review, Swatches & EOTDs

I can't believe it took me so long to post this! It's been more than a month since I got this palette (previous post here). I just realized it now! Gosh, how fast does time fly these days??!! I apologize for the delay- to those of you who were waiting for this post.

I Got NAKED!!!

Let's pretend you heard that here first and clap. My grandmother would so disapprove of it, especially since it's a Sunday- a day to be pious. I don't blog on Sundays, coz I'm lazy not coz I'm pious *rolls eyes*, but there are exceptions- today it's the Urban Decay Naked Palette- always out of stock, always too expensive on Ebay.... Always. On. My. Mind.

From my mind to my hands....after A YEAR of yearning! All thanks to the lovely Aparajita , who brought it from France. I still can't believe I have it in my house! I stroke it, stare at the eyeshadows, and sigh- before dinnertime & before going to bed. My husband thinks I'm nuts!

Urban Decay Primer Potion Vs Too Faced Shadow Insurance ~ Battle Of The Eyeshadow Primers

WHO WILL WIN?

You know I like to compare similar products for you all, so it'll help you buy only the best. This time it's the turn of two of the most popular eyeshadow primers- Urban Decay Primer Potion & Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Short form: UDPP & TFSI

For those who don't know what eyeshadow primers do, they are supposed to enhance the color of eyeshadows, make them last longer & prevent creasing.

So, let the battle begin!

Urban Decay Brow Box Honey Pot Review & Swatches

Let's take a break from all the fantasy, shall we? I badly needed it! :)

Urban Decay Brow Box is my new favorite toy. I am hearting this little thing. It is like a treasure box. It's got everything your eyebrows need.

It comes with 2 shades of brow powders- light brown & a dark beige, clear wax, teeny tiny tweezers, and a teeny tiny angled brush.

Shades available:
Brown Sugar- Dark
Beige Betty - Medium
Gingersnap - Auburn

I got Honey Pot- Blonde. I almost went for Beige Betty-Medium, but I'm glad I didn't coz it would have been too dark for me.

You push the bottom drawer (which is attached to a spring inside) to release the wax. So cute!

'Naked' Infatuation

Let's talk Naked. No... no, not with our clothes off ;)

I'm talking about all the "Naked" eyeshadow palettes rave. Urban Decay launched its Naked Palette and then the mania started along with all the predictive blog titles: "I want to get Naked!", "I got Naked", "Did you get Naked?" .

Naked, Naked...everywhere I looked! To the point that I wanna get Naked! Badly! Considering I just took a shower and don't really like the word naked (and ointment), I think I've been sucked into the hype way too deep.

The most popular one, as we know it, is the Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palette. It was supposed to be a limited edition, but now a permanent coz of its popularity. Out of stock in most US stores, it has turned want into yearn. You can head off to Ebay and pay triple the price, if impatience has gotten the better of you.
Price ~ $44

Next is the Too Faced Naked Eye Kit. Looks good ~ pretty packaging, nice shades and cheaper than the UD one.
Price ~ $35

Another one is Naked Infatuation (love the name!) by Stage (a Malaysian cosmetics brand)
Sadly, I did not get it and there's no photo I can show you. But it's basically a palette of about 5 neutral eyeshadows and 2 blushes. It looks like this....

Price ~  Don't remember. About Rs.1500 (?) I think, not sure.

That's 3 that I know of. Any other ones out there?

Hey Lakme & Colorbar, how about giving us some Naked palettes, huh? Instead of all the *blah* quads and quins. I don't mean to be rude :)

Okay, I'll probably hit myself after saying this, but...
"Got Naked yet?" ;D

LOTD With Chanel Sunnies With Bows DUPES

I couldn't resist putting up that first pic ~ It's so Retro & might I add unedited? Except I had to increase the brightness a bit.

On to the Chanel sunglasses......

Oh my, the cuteness! I saw these for the first time in Shop n Chomp's blog (lucky girl!) and I couldn't stop thinking about them....day and night....and the following days and nights. I love bows! And I want them everywhere!

I was going CRAZY!

Then I was at Miss Jo (an accessories store) buying those cute bottle umbrellas and I just hopelessly told the salesgirl "I want sunglasses with bows on the sides"  thinking to myself "Okay, now you're just being silly....AND desperate! Like Miss Jo would have Cha....."

She brought me these..........

Imagine my reaction =D

I LOVE THEM!
The only difference is that these don't have the Chanel logo on the bows. Which is a good thing coz I don't like fake logos >.<

The Make-up:
Face ~ Laura Mercier Primer Oil-free, MUFE Hd Foundation, Maybelline Dream Matte Powder
Cheeks ~ Mac Golden Bronzing powder, Benefit Coralista, To The Beach Marine Life Highlighter
Eyes ~ Used only one color eyeshadow- Toasted from the UD Show Pony palette, UD 24/7 eye pencil in Zero on my upper lash line & waterline, Bourjois Smokey eyes in smoked brown smudged on my lower lash line, Bourjois Elastic Mascara
Lips ~ My favorite lip combo atm - Maybelline Color Sensational Warm me Up & Mac Cremesheen Lipglass in Partial To Pink

*P.S: I do fill in my brows (Maybelline Brow Definist)  but somehow they always look undone in pics =S

*See how Mac Marine Life Highlighter on my cheeks Glows!

Oh, and the price you ask? Rs.899. Available in other colors too: Purple, Brown & White.

Not Chanel, but definitely a keeper. And yes, I sleep better too ;P

What do you think?
