According to 'Lip Balm Anonymous' , lip balm is addictive. I totally agree.

Would I ever want to go cold turkey? 

Hell, no! Why would anyone wanna do that?! =)

Summer Fruit & Honeysuckle Honeydew 

EOS Lip Balms ($19.50 for both)~ These lip balms are 100% natural, 95% organic, paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil.

You know I'm a sucker for cute packaging. These are some of these cutest things ever! (They remind me of Easter eggs and litchi =) ) Plus, they do moisturize my lips very well and don't wear off quickly. I like that the texture is almost matte and doesn't make my lips look glossy, which makes it easier for me to put a lippie on top. I'd say both flavors are equally nice and will definitely get Sweet Mint and Lemon Drop too later.

Bourjois Baume De Nuit Night Lip Balm (Rs.420)~ What it is: Your night time prescription-a tinted lip balm which restores lips while you sleep. The formula moisturizes and restores lips all night long, filled with emollient oils & repairing agents. The creamy texture makes your lips look visibly repaired and nourished in the morning. Let your night time treatment work while you sleep!

This is my favorite lip balm. It doesn't look fancy, but it delivers. Somewhat like a not-so-attractive or glamorous-looking hairstylist, who always does a better job at doing your hair than the other glam hairstylist with the perfect locks and trendy outfit.

 It was the only thing that helped when nothing else seemed to work. It has an unmistakable extra virgin olive oil smell which doesn't bother me. I will have to stock up on these because Bourjois seem to discontinue a lot of their products without prior notice. I do prefer this lip balm to the Body Shop Lip butters.

The question in my head is, why that 'meh' blue packaging?! Don't you think pink (or even peach) would've suited it more? 

The Face Shop Fresh Lip Balm RD 301~  Mouth watering fruit scented and flavored lip balm softens and comforts your lips with natural fruit extracts, vitamin E and jojoba oil. Has a sweet cherry scent.

*Sob* it's almost over and it won't be easy for me to get a new one! I like grabbing for this whenever I want some deliciousness (which has nothing to do with food!) on my mouth. It's almost always in my handbag because it's a good substitute for lipgloss and lipstick. I like it a tad more than the Body Shop Born Lippy lip balms. And it's also a man magnet *wink*

Inglot & Mac Haul ~ Reviews & Swatches

Inglot Lip Duo Lip Gloss Lip Paint #23 (Rs.720)

Since I loved the AMC Lip Paint so much (Review here), I wanted to try this too. Love it! Want MORE! I'm so in lurrve with the packaging! It's like a little chunky cube... oh-so-cute!!!

Inglot Lipstick #106 (Rs.800)

This lipstick is made of Vitamin E and apricot kernel oil, and is paraben free. I had trouble bringing out the actual color on camera. It is a peachy-coral shade. Actual shade is not at all like the photo on the right and it's a bit more peach than the picture on the left. I did swatch on my lips but the color just didn't come out right! The finish is quite like Mac's Amplified.

Inglot Nail Enamel #721 (Rs.590)

Yellow is my favorite favorite color after pink. This is my first ever yellow nail paint and I've yet to wear it properly. Will do a separate "Yellow" post soon. It has a matte finish and does not contain: toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, camphor. The exact shade is like the one the right, not at all like the one I clicked >.< .

Did I say I'm bored of Mac? =)

Mac Warm & Cozy Tinted Lip Conditioner ~ Feelin' Good (Rs.870)

When I was told it was the last one left at the store, I had to get it! Call it the thrill of getting the 'Last One' Taking a break from pink-toned Mac Tinted Lip Conditioners for a change. This comes out nude on my lips. Great to prep my lips with before applying another lipstick shade.

Mac Studio Finish Concealer NC 35 (Rs.920)

Old news, but necessary. Covers spots and blemishes quite well, but I find it too thick and cakey for the undereye areas. The shade NC 35 is closest to my skin tone.

Current Loves

Lush Porridge Soap (Rs.427.80) aka 'Product of the Week'

When I saw this, it was love at first sight. I just had to have it (eat it too =))

What Lush says ~ When you're in a rush on those early mornings you may consider eating breakfast in the shower (I wish they meant this literally...lol ) 

This deliciously nutritious soap is made of fresh organic orange juice and real oats, making it a cleansing and exfoliating multi-tasker. 

When I'm rubbing it on my skin, I feel like I'm using a flaky and creamy version of a pumice stone. Make that a baked one. It doesn't dry out my skin, so I don't necessarily need to apply moisturizer afterwards. It does not smell "Yum" but it's definitely not "Eew! Lush is nauseating!" either.Yes I will buy this again. Now I need to go use it! *taking off clothes*

Mac Volcanic Ash Exfoliator (Rs.1380)

Oh my gosh! I love love love this! It makes me look like I've just come out of a coal mine but it's all worth it. My face just feels so clean  and smooth after using it. It smells like charcoal and has tiny sugar beads too which is why it has sort of a "busy" feel. When it come to exfoliators, I say the more the merrier.

Etude House Magic Tint Balm

This tinted lip balm looks like it's flavored, but it's not. Sometimes it's nice to not have strawberry, raspberry or vanilla flavored balms on your lips all the time. It is thicker than most lip balms but not sticky. It lasts longer too and the color is so delish!

Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Mask (Rs.995)

I rarely need to use this mask but now I have to because it'll expire in July. But I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't got some annoying pimples on my face recently. "Thank you pimples!" 

I will definitely repurchase this.

Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight Range

My hair right now is half chemically straightened and half naturally wavy (in other words, painfully unmanageable!) So these three make it fall better, softer and shinier.

Maybelline Line Stylist Lip Liner ~ Coffee (Rs.280)

This lip liner is a tad darker than my natural lip color. I like to use it all over my lips. Alone or under a sheer lippie.

Azzaro Pink Tonic

I find myself reaching for this perfume most of the time these days because the scent is "wintery" but not the overpowering kind. The 

snowman-shaped bottle also

reminds me of  Christmas (Come back!)

Nail Art Crystals

I bought these off Ebay a while back but haven't really used them much but now I like to play around with them. I know that's not the most creative design up there, but it's easy to do and I did get compliments from a lot of people, so it's okay to be lazy =)

Lakme Aqua Shine Lipcolor ~ Review

What it is? A lipstick, lip balm and lip gloss all in one, with a soft spongy tip applicator.

Shade ~ 'Old Rose'

Price ~ Rs.395

Applied a bit thickly

I think I have found a Lakme product I like enough to buy again. Aquashine Lip Color has a coconutty flavor which I love (I told you I like everything coconuts, right?)

For me, 'Old Rose' is the best pinkish-nude shade I have ever tried. Beats L'oreal Star Secrets Aishwarya Rai shade by a mile. Oh, it also beats my Mac 'Hug Me' lipstick - shade-wise.

It kinda looks like Nars Turkish Delight (on the lips.) Perfect for smokey eyes, and I think it's a shade that would suit most Indian skin tones.

The texture is very creamy, so avoid locking your lips too much so it won't streak.

Wow! Lakme has really raised their prices, huh? Rs.395 for this :O

I think Rs.250-ish would suit this more. Okay, not more than Rs.300 if you push it.

I'd buy up to 5 more shades if they bring the price down to Rs.250. Really.

Skinfood Haul

When I saw Skin Food doing the rounds on the net, I didn't see what the big deal was, but now I know why it's being 'ooh-ed' so much. Everything just looks so fresh and delicious, I could buy everything! If only they were cheaper and not to mention available in my country!*sigh*

Fresh Fruit Lip & Cheek- Apricot

Looks fab on the cheeks and nice pale lip color that complements smokey eyes. And  it does smell like apricot.

Mushroom BB Cream- #2

This smells like guava, imo. Has SPF 20 PA+, anti-ageing and brightening properties, blends well with my skin tone...what's not to love?

Yeah, that's me alright..I had to crop my legs coz  they're so far apart, I look like a duck... lol  =D
