I got more than one email asking me about that picture on the right there below the labels. They wanted to know where I got it from and if I could send them the link to the page I downloaded it from. One even said "that Hello Kitty house pic" ;))

Well, I'm proud to say, it is my photo...this is the link lol. I took it in Etude House in 2009 at Berjaya Times Square Mall, Kuala Lumpur. I thought I'd put them up. Actually, I did put a slideshow in 2009 when I just started this blog, so some of you might have seen them. Of course, I removed it after a week or so. I don't know, I was a little paranoid back then.

So here are the pics...enjoy! (Note: They were taken with my old camera, so the quality isn't so good & people were staring at me from outside... it was really awkward.)

FOTD With My Favorite Inglot Green Eyeshadow + Giveaway Status

Green is my favorite color- after pink (the queen.) I used to think it's yellow, but I guess I changed my mind. There are only so many occasions you can wear yellow eyeshadow to anyways, right? But of course I still like yellow.

Colorful Summer Nails Experiment

Last night I was feeling colorful and wanted to paint my nails in different colors. I raided my nail polish box and went crazy trying to decide which colors to put together, while trying really hard to limit myself ("There's always next time for the oranges, greens & reds, woman!")

So, I played it safe with tonal shades of pinks & purples.

Colorbar #71 & Inglot #150 ~ Polka dots done with a toothpick, as always =D (Topcoat smudged the dots)

This one was actually inspired by the next one (which I painted first), after falling for Colorbar #71 all over again.

Sleek Avoir la Peche Collection Review,Swatches & LOTD (Darker Skin tone)

Here are swatches & mini reviews of the Sleek Avoir la Peche Collection + LOTD of moi in a darker skin tone.

Paraguaya i-divine palette ~ The colors are all pigmented, smooth and buttery. The least pigmented of them all is Bittersweet -second last , bottom row, grey shade. It works fine if you want to use it to blend a darker color, though. Hmm...Bittersweet. How apt.

The Birthday Month Wishlist

My birthday is in 3 weeks! Yippee! The wishlist is getting longer day by day. No, this is not a hint for anybody, if you're wondering. Not many people gift me these days anyways. I might as well buy some of these things, wrap them up the night before my birthday and open them on the day. Sounds fun actually. I might do that! Note to self: Buy wrapping paper (pink) & ribbons (black)

• Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes ~  A long-wearing, solar-baked blush that lasts up to 12 hours. Infused with natural clay harvested from the banks of the Amazon River and naturally baked by the sun. When I first saw these and heard 'Amazonian', I thought about a girl in school who recited a poem in front of the whole class and she pronounced Amazon "A-may-zon!" confidently. Our strict owl-eyed English teacher almost ate her up for that. Anyways, I want the pink, purple, brown/bronze & most of all the coral shade- Tipsy *slurring & drooling*

Katy Perry ET Makeup Video Tutorial

I know this is not a wearable look, but I wanted to do it anyway coz, and you might have guessed it by now, I'm into artsy makeup. It's a fun look, so I hope you'll like watching how it's done, even if you're going to wear it any time :)

I'm still not very good at editing yet, and I'm still finding out the best lighting and everything, so please be patient with me. Prom Makeup For Red/Gold Dress ~ Reader Query

I'm only 17, but i kinda have a secret obsession with makeup. i have a drawer FULL of makeup that i really dont have anywhere to wear to cause i'm still in high school. ( i mean plenty of people wear a lot of makeup, but it's horrendous. Your eyes will BLEED. ) 


i live in the U.S. and my prom is May 13th. (friday the 13th, hehe:) )
and i needed suggestions for makeup. I'm wearing a red and gold dress that i've attached as a pic (i admit that it looks very indian. the lady making it for me had trouble making it. lol)
