H&M Makeup Brushes ~ Rose Gold & Fabulous!

I'm not that interested in Gold. I'm talking about Real Gold. Yes, I don't mind wearing it and all, but I don't have to have it, and I know nothing about it...carats-carrots and all that. But sometimes I find myself in the middle of a discussion about Midas's doom:
  • "Invest in gold. Gold is a great investment!"
  • "Buy gold biscuits from Thailand. They're cheap."
  • "Now there's import charge on gold in India, so it costs more."
I avoid saying anything ignorant, and just nod wisely like I understand egg-jackly what they're talking about, but in my head: Shoes and makeup are also great investments, I think....Gold biscuits? Like those square chocolates in golden wrapping? Same size as Parle-G biscuits, I'm guessing....Yup, import charge on MAC cosmetics too....Umm, I don't really understand this import business....Lananana-nana....kthush!
But artificial gold stuff are a different story. Now those I find very attractive, especially when they come in the form of accessories & beauty tools, e.g. gold makeup brushes like these H&M ones that I'm so happy I spotted some days before I left UK.....
The big kabuki brush is not round, but square

I love that they are packed properly too. They looked so attractive when hung. Buy all of us!
Rose Gold. We all like it, right? Though the kabukis look more gold and less pinkish (more coz of the angle), they are all made with the same rose golden metal. The bristles are synthetic, hence super soft. I have not washed them yet to know if they'll shed or bleed, but I doubt they'll lose their original condition so soon.

Big Kabuki Brush ~ £5.99 | Rs.615. This is huge, so it's nice for finishing powders.
Mini Kabuki Brush ~ £2.99 | Rs.307. LOVE! Perfect for powder application on all areas of the face.
Eyeshadow Brush ~ Forgotten exact price, but around £3 | Rs.300. It's similar to MAC 217 but flatter. Works well for blending.
Smokey Eye Brush (double-sided) ~ £2.99 | Rs.307. I really like the angled side, it lines well. The other side is for smudging.

Now I regret not getting a dual-ended foundation/powder brush similar to the Smokey Eye Brush =\

Availability: These are only available on H&M website and stores. I've seen them on Ebay as well.

What do you think of these brushes? Oh, and it's okay if you love real gold! ;)

  7. I like them but I would have loved them more if they were more rose and less gold. I hate real gold too. IT just seems so yellow to me.

I ♥ finding little notes in my Vanity Case, so do drop one. I read all of them & I try my best to reply to each & every one of them [check back in 2-3 days =D] but most times it's physically impossible! Either way, I love to hear from you & really appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts <3
