Lakme Fruit Moisture Range Review

I thought I'd review the products from the Lakme Fruit Moisture products all at once, coz I don't want to make it into a 4-day extensive process, and it's easier for reference this way.
I've been using these products and very little else this winter, and it's almost time for me to go out and buy the ones I want to use again. So, let's find out which of those are:

Lakmé Fruit Moisture Honey & Avocado Winter Perfect Day Lotion with SPF: I am in love this.  I use it only as a body lotion. I used it on my face once (I don't use anything that comes in that type of bottle on my face, but I did anyways for review's sake) and I got a pimple. But it sure agrees with my body. Because it's not so thick or greasy, my skin absorbs it in a jiffy. It does a good job at moisturizing and it smells simply delicious! I can't get enough of it! It says 'Winter' on the bottle, but it smells & feels summery to me. I think I won't mind using it in summer too. Sometimes, I like to apply it on my hands before getting into bed, put my hands against my nose and inhale deeply. Sweet dreams.

Lakmé Fruit Moisture Peach and Plum Daily Glow Moisturiser with Sunscreens: Peach & Plum combination doesn't work for me. I don't like the smell of this a all! At first sniff, it smells really nice like plums, but when I apply it on my skin, it smells bad, like sweaty feet! LOL maybe it's just me and some people with a normal sense of smell would actually like it. The texture and consistency, however, is exactly like the Honey & Avocado Lotion above. So, I guess it's not all bad. But I will not be using it anymore.
*I also noticed that the lotion turned sort of watery at the top (the water and the cream separated somehow), I don't know if it's because of the temperature or the formulation.

Lakmé Fruit Moisture Honey & Avocado Winter Perfect Day Crème with SPF 9: Because of this incident, I went and bought another one, coz it's the one I most wanted to try from this range. I feel it is a little too thick for my combination skin during the day even in winter, but it's the only thing I have that is very moisturizing but doesn't cause pimples. Still, I think this isn't the right day cream for me. Because of the SPF, you'll notice a white cast on your face immediately after you apply it, but then it disappears. It smells nice, but not as delicious & fruity as the lotion. Dry-skinned people might like this a lot more than I do.

Lakmé Fruit Moisture Strawberry, Kiwi & Passion Fruit Skin Renewal Night Crème: I've been using this for the most of winter. Mostly at night, but sometimes during the day too when my skin is feeling too parched. I took these photos more than a month back, so now I've hit pan, or in this case, bottom. I love it. It's rich & buttery but it doesn't make my face feel greasy. It gives me just the right amount of moisture I need during the night. Most importantly, it does not break me out. Smells yummy yummy yummy & it kinda makes my skin feel plumper in the morning. Also, I haven't had a dry patch or chapped nose all winter. I loved the Lakme Strawberry Creme, but I like this a lot better. I'm definitely buying this when it's over.

All-in-all, I think the Lakme Fruit Moisture products are inexpensive skincare products that are worth a try, especially if you like fruity scents. For prices & more information, please click HERE
