Wearable Runway Eyeliner Tutorial

I really liked this runway eyeliner trend featured in Vogue, so I thought I'd try it out and maybe add my own twist to it. Here's my take on it with a step-by-step photo tutorial on how to do it...

1.Line with a white or pencil of any color (I'm using Nyx 'Milk' Jumbo Pencil), 2. Because Milk is very creamy I set it with a matte white eyeshadow, 3. Just pat it on top of Milk, 4. Clean any smudges outside the white liner with Q-tip, 5.Line as close to the upper lash line as possible starting from the outer corner(Loreal Super Liner Carbon Gloss) 6. Wing it & then line from inner corners and join them where you started, 7. For the other line, start lining from outer part again. It should be parallel to the line on the lash line. Wing it too., 8. Draw it all the way to the inner corner & join it with the lash line liner. 9. Line waterline with Milk, 10. Use a black eyeshadow & angled brush to...11. line your lower las line. 12. The line above is a little uneven, so...13. I used a pointed liner brush with Milk to fix that. 14. Now it's even!, 15. Curl Lashes, 16. I use a Mascara Guard to prevent any mascara smudges. That's a white Mascara base (Maybelline Double Stretch Mascara), 17. Then coated lashes (top & bottom) with the black mascara. 18. DONE!, 19. Just to show you how it looks with a color liner, I used a sea green glitter eyeliner with the same pointed liner brush and carefully applied the glitter on top of Milk, making sure I don't mess up the black eyeliners. 20. Bottom lash line: I made a thin line on my waterline.

Extras: I applied the same matte white eyeshadow on my brow bone & filled in my brows. Next time I wear this look, I'm gonna add false lashes.

You can use ANY color apart from white. The options are endless with this look. If you want, you can apply a little bit of silver glitter eyeliner on top of the white too.

I personally would wear this look even in the daytime. Can't wait to try the look with other shades like pink, green, light blue, lavender etc.
