Inglot Eye Brushes: 10S & 80 HP Review

I'm am currently ob-sessssed with makeup brushes. I keep wanting MORE! There's always a type of brush I think I need. There's even a type I want that is not in the market yet.

So I got these 2 Inglot brushes a couple months back and it's time I share my thoughts on them.

  • Inglot 10S: Made of pony hair, this brush is quite soft. I realized I needed a thin blending brush coz sometimes I don't want to over-blend the crease color. It is stiffer than my other blending brushes so I can control it well. This brush would come in really handy if you're doing one of those Arabic looks with sharp-but-blended lines. I would have much preferred this to be synthetic though.
Price ~ Rs.1400. And I wonder why I didn't have a pet pony ;)

  • Inglot 80HP/S: Made of ox + pony hair, this is a rounded & dense pencil brush. It is stiff, but not pokey. It is great for applying shadow on the outer corners, tear duct area & lower lash line. I like to smudge pencil liner with it too. It is a very versatile brush, really- it is also ideal for applying/blending concealer on spots and undereye area + it can be used for precisely contouring the sides of the nose too.
Price ~ Rs.800

I have washed them several times and neither has shed any hair. I'm really liking both brushes and I use them all the time. BUT I prefer synthetic makeup brushes, no more ox, pony & squirrel for me. Forget about a real human hair wig!

Oh, and I am also obsessed with INGLOT these days. I haven't shopped at MAC in so long and....I don't miss it, surprisingly.

Hope you all have a good weekend. Me, will decorate my Christmas tree tomorrow. Get the holiday mood started! :)

  7. I'm surprised by the 10s, at that length I wouldn't have expected it to be as stiff as you describe. <3 Thanks for sharing!

I ♥ finding little notes in my Vanity Case, so do drop one. I read all of them & I try my best to reply to each & every one of them [check back in 2-3 days =D] but most times it's physically impossible! Either way, I love to hear from you & really appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts <3

Thank you for reading! :)
