'Lakme ABSOLUTE' Makeup Line By Manish Malhotra

July 5, 2011: Lakmé, the contemporary Indian beauty expert, has announced iconic fashion designer Manish Malhotra as the Grand Finale Designer for Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/ Festive 2011, scheduled from August 16 - 21 in Mumbai. Manish Malhotra is the first Lakmé Grand Finale designer who showcased his Shimmer Shine Sparkle collection way back in 1999 and presented the Free Spirit Collection in 2007.   1. OMG!!!!..I totally thought MAC Pro Longwear! I posted about this and i was like..this totally sounds like a pro line..im kind of excited !! 16 hours is a very tall claim!!!!!

  6. When I hear about Lakme products, I understand what it feels like to be in India and not get access to American products. I wish I could get Lakme here!!!!

  7. Kajal Couture said it for me: it sucks not being able to get Lakme products here in the States! I managed to buy Lakme Black Satin Kajal online yesterday, but everything else is hard to find and/or very expensive. Oh well, I guess I should not be so greedy, because I have drawers stuffed with makeup and I certainly don't need anymore! :)
