MAC Pink Swoon Sheertone Blush Swatch & Review

Described as "Clearly Pink" by MAC. If that means "True bubblegum/barbie Pink", then yes, this blush is clearly pink. Loved by many make-up artists everywhere, I found out that this is worth all the love. It is said to suit all skin tones, although I doubt that

I love how versatile it is. You can apply it sheer or layer it for a pop of pink on your cheeks. Like all Sheertones, the texture is smooth and very easy to blend.

I prefer to apply this with a dense brush, like a kabuki, coz otherwise it'll take some time for it to really show on my skin (like, if I use a regular blush brush)

Swatch on arm

Rating ~ ♥♥♥♥♥ + .7

Price ~ Rs.1040.

If you're on the hunt for a true-bubblegum-barbie pink blush, then this is perfecto!

  4. Pink Swoon is definitely gorgeous. I happen to have a friend who wears this blush almost all the time and it looks gorgeous on her. I'm not sure if it'll look as good on me though. But I agree that the sheertone blushes from MAC have great texture and they are easy to blend! :D

  6. Hey Cynthia i have the beauty powder in summer rose , is this one similar to that ? the only issue with summer rose is that its too sheer and i need to pile on a couple of layers for it to really show up !

  7. A dupe is urban decay's quickie blush in afterglow - not suited to darker skin tones though :-/

  8. I LOVE this blush. I'm so glad you have it. Anyone who is NC 40 or lighter should have this blush. I love this for winters/ spring. Yeah it does it take a lot of layering to show up on hands. However, it looks so pretty on the cheeks. I like to pair it with benefit posie tint. so pretty :)

  10. @Rajni ~ They r v different. Summer Rose leans towards mauve n this towards pink. Summer Rose is a beauty powder which can be applied all over yr face so it's less pigmented. This is definitely more pigmented even with just a swipe, comparatively.
