Because this is a Limited Edition product, I thought I'd post quick swatches in case some of you are considering getting it. I will post a review with a face swatch sometime.
MAC Stereo Rose Mineralize Skinfinish is one of MAC's most popular & hyped limited edition products. Whenever it comes out, it sells out very very quickly. I think that's the main reason I wanted to get it. I wanted to see for myself what the big deal is, you know. It recently came out with MAC Après Chic Collection (for the third time, I think?)
Shade ~ Coral with golden bronze shimmering nuances.
I was wearing it last evening, and I'm wearing it today. I'll be honest, I'm not falling off my chair for it & I wouldn't say it's a must-have blush. Compared to my favorite coral blush- Benefit Coralista - Stereo Rose is more pearlescent & has more gold shimmer in it, while Coralista looks more matte (even though it's not completely matte). However, if you want a coral blush which highlights at the same time, this is it.
MAC Stereo Rose Swatches: Heavily in the middle, lightly on both sides.
Price ~ £21.50 (Rs.1884)
Availability ~ SOLD OUT online, but still available in some UK stores. There were 6 left in Fenwick (Newcastle) yesterday. If you want it, RUN!

I think I have a dupe for this ( Bourjois) it is a darker shade of coral hence works on my wheatish skin tone. Bourjois probably has all shades of coral and pink. I love the little brush that comes along with the blush.
ReplyDeleteYa Bourjois will definitely have something similar, coz they are also baked and have shimmer

ReplyDeleteI love this one! :)
ReplyDeleteI got thi when it was promoted in previous collection and I love how it looks :) will wait for hour reviews .
ReplyDeleteReally nice! Show it on your face, please! Kisses!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so similar to Bourjois Tomette, well at least in the pics. I had thought Stereo Rose would be more of a pink colour than a peachy coral.
ReplyDeleteYa it's in the same color family as Tomette. Hehe...ya rose makes you think pink!

I have tried the Loreal true match in Coral. But doesn't blend too well. Have reviewed it here
