Meet My Forever New Bow Wallet!

Remember when my handbag was stolen in Goa last December? Well, I didn't find a wallet to replace the one that's stolen along with it. I'd been using a very old tattered cream/gold Nine West one. I washed it once, and the water left brown/rust marks on the material that it looked dirty =\ . But still, I kept using it, like a cheapskate (even hiding it from store managers at the counters) I just didn't want to buy anything I didn't fancy enough, I wanted something different....something that isn't black....something girly.....something with a bow....something that would fit in a small handbag....Where, where are you???!!!

Then the week before I left Delhi, I saw it. THE ONE. I almost screamed and jumped up & down in the Forever New Store.

A recent article I read said Pinterest helps you .... shape your life?.... it's therapeutic?.....something like that, I don't remember exactly ;p For some reason, I can't bring myself to pin! Maybe it's just not for me.

This was my outfit of Day 3 Lakmé Fashion Week. You know, I never plan to be matchy-matchy, but sometimes it's the only way to go.

"I'll Find You...." : OOTD

I couldn't decide what to wear with this peach sorbet coat & it's too cold to leave my thighs totally bare. Nah, black or brown tights are too predictable. So, last minute, I thought of these over-the-knee stockings with animal print accents I bought many years ago but never worn (well...maybe once ahem.) I wore them that way & was not appalled. I think they add a little girly to the otherwise man-nish style.

The first one is a dress I've been drooling over since it was launched with the Age of Innocence Collection (Limited Edition). It was packed in a pink box tied with white organza ribbon. It's special.

Madeleine One Shoulder Bow Dress Peach Love, Rs.8800 ~ Damn this is overpriced! It costs double in India, btw. BUT I tried it on ad almost cried. I want to be buried in it! So obviously I had to buy it and give up some other stuff on my Christmas wishlist.

Forever New Bracelet Set ~ Week's Best Buy

So, I was at Forever New the other day (2nd visit,same day) looking for a clutch. I tried this bracelet half-heartedly and put it back. Then this happened:

Mr.CZ : That looks nice. Take it and let's go *impatiently* (it was almost closing time.)
Me :  Really?! It's cute? Nah...I don't want.... *picks it up again*
Mr.CZ : Take it. Let's see, how much is it? *checks price tag* Not bad for this *nods head approvingly* Hmm....quite reasonable for this.
Me :  Oh, okay. I'll take it. Ya, I'll take it....

....and I'm so glad I did :)

Moral of the story: When a man says the product looks good...the price tag is good, you take it!
